Effective October 30, 2026
These terms apply when you use Bayad Tracker ("Bayad") at bayad.jvles.dev. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Bayad is a free tool for keeping track of bills, income and money owed to you. It works on your device without an account. If you sign in with Google, your entries sync through this site's server. Bayad is a record-keeping tool only. It doesn't make payments, move money, or give financial advice.
Don't use Bayad to break the law, to store other people's sensitive information without a good reason, to try to access other users' data, or to overload, attack or disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Bayad is run on a best-effort basis. We may change features, pause the service, or shut it down. If we plan to shut down sync, we'll try to give notice in the app so you can download your data first.
Bayad is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free, always available, or that calculations and reminders will be accurate. Always check important amounts and due dates yourself.
To the extent the law allows, the people who run Bayad are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for missed payments, late fees, lost data or other losses from using or being unable to use the app.
Bayad's source code is published at github.com/seluj23/bayad. Using the code is governed by the license in that repository. These terms cover only this hosted copy of the app.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Bayad after that means you accept the updated terms.
